Helps users discover and install agent skills when they ask questions like "how do I do X", "find a skill for X", "is there a skill that can...", or express interest in extending capabilities. This skill should be used when the user is looking for functionality that might exist as an installable skill.

With your agent
Install OMGSkills skill "vercel-labs/skills:find-skills" into this agent's normal skills directory: use the OMGSkills MCP get_skill tool, install only the pinned_install commit and path, verify SKILL.md against pinned_install.skill_md_sha, and stop if MCP or the pin is unavailable. Do not overwrite or change existing skills without asking me.
