These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the omgskills website, Mac app, downloads, leaderboards, and related services operated by tpoai llc ("omgskills," "we," "us," or "our"). By using omgskills, you agree to these Terms.

What omgskills does

omgskills is a free tool for discovering, reading, installing, copying, organizing, and managing SKILL.md-style agent skills and related metadata.

The service may surface or link to public or third-party content, including skills, repositories, profiles, posts, rankings, descriptions, and materials from sources such as GitHub, X, and other public websites or feeds.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use omgskills on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the omgskills app and website for personal or internal business use.

Third-party skills and public content

omgskills may index, display, rank, summarize, cache, or link to third-party or public content. That content belongs to its respective owners.

You understand that third-party skills and data may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, outdated, or infringing. Rankings and recommendations are informational only. Installing, copying, running, or relying on any skill is at your own risk.

No endorsement

Listing, ranking, linking to, or displaying a skill, repository, creator, or source does not mean omgskills endorses or verifies it. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, omgskills is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub, X, or any third-party skill creator or platform.

Feedback

If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Acceptable use

You may not use omgskills to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, overload the service, impersonate others, submit content you do not have rights to use, or manipulate rankings, metrics, or leaderboards.

Intellectual property

The omgskills service, including our branding, software, design, and original content, is owned by tpoai llc or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service or of third-party content surfaced through it.

Copyright and takedowns

If you believe content available through omgskills infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us at hi@omgskills.com with enough detail for us to review the claim. We may remove or disable content, links, profiles, or listings at our discretion.

Software, downloads, and security

We try to make downloads and app updates reliable, but we do not guarantee that omgskills or any download will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. You are responsible for using reasonable caution before installing, copying, importing, or running any skill or related code or instructions.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including leaderboards, integrations, downloads, or data sources.

No warranty

omgskills is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, omgskills, tpoai llc, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption. If the law does not allow a full limitation, our total liability for all claims relating to omgskills will not exceed $100 USD.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless omgskills, tpoai llc, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or installation, copying, sharing, or use of third-party skills or content.

Termination

You may stop using omgskills at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if needed to protect the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version here.
